You are immediately surrounded by the warm ambiance of a bygone era. You and your guests are greeted as friends entering our home. Very quickly you experience the staff’s unrelenting attention to detail and passion for service excellence. And, as you and your guests enter your private dining area, you know that you’re not just entering a room – You’re entering an experience.

FLIGHT DECK

One of our larger rooms, the Flight Deck, seats up to 45 people. However, this room also works extremely well as an intimate setting for small groups. Located off the main dining room, the Flight Deck can be closed off to achieve total privacy.

The Flight Deck carries forward the WWII aviation theme that is such a part of the restaurant and features murals of vintage aircraft on two walls. The room is accented by a number of pieces of museum quality memorabilia, much of which has been donated by our guests, making this a room that history and military buffs will adore.

LOUNGE

Our largest room, The Lounge often serves as an alternate main dining room during our peak season. It is also the site of our Murder Mystery Theater throughout the year. And it is available for private parties up to 70 people. A romantic mural of an Italian villa graces two walls making this a popular room for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and corporate events. It also has a beautiful sunset view of the mountains and an outdoor patio area.

TIGER ROOM

The Tiger Room functions most of the time as the restaurant’s lounge/bar. However, panels can be inserted to close off the bar itself and the room can be made available, depending on the time of the year, for small parties of up to 25 people.

The Tiger Room is dedicated to the volunteer fighter pilots (“The Flying Tigers”) and their heroic efforts in the Asian Theater before the rest of the country became engaged in WWII. Decorated with significant memorabilia from this era, The Tiger Room provides a commanding view of Falcon Field and the sunset lit mountains to our northwest.

MAIN DINING ROOM

For parties with unique space requirements, talk to us about the possibility of renting the Main Dining Room. Though available only on a limited basis (typically during our non-peak season), this room can accommodate parties as large as 130 people – or up to 170 people when combined with the adjacent Flight Deck.
